These terms govern the sale of products offered on this website by Benchwell to you as a customer. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
The display of products on the site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Any delivery charges are shown before you complete your order. Unless otherwise stated, standard shipping within Australia is free.
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know promptly and refund any amount already paid.
