We ship Australia-wide. Shipping is free and insured, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (metro areas are faster than regional and remote areas). These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Unless stated otherwise, standard shipping within Australia is free. Any additional charges are always shown before you complete your order.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the courier on delivery and contact us at the email on our Legal page. We will sort it out as quickly as possible.
